Auto Pro Garage accepts returns for exchange or refund 7 days after delivery of the product. At the sole discretion of Auto Pro Garage, an exchange or store credit will be offered. Products must be in a state of “new, unaltered and unused condition” to qualify for an exchange or store credit.
If a product is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact our Customer Service team immediately. Any products that are shipped defective from us or products that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a refund.
Auto Pro Garage will not be held liable for incorrect items ordered. Therefore, we stress that it is important customers confirm products before finalising their purchase. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs if Auto Pro Garage is not at fault for any issues that may arise. Returned orders will not be accepted without an authorisation from Auto Pro Garage.
